Nice hotel & friendly staff.

Location - easy walk into the center. Small shopping mall and food court opposite which was good for snacks and teenager able to go for a wander! Lovely breakfast & pool setting.

Room we were offered first was small (we’d said in advance we’re a family of 3) and very dated. We complained and were given a larger room which was great with separate sitting room with bed for teenager - wonder why they didn’t start with that? Chambermaid tried every single day for tips and entered 3 or 4 times throughout the day on the excuse bringing 1 towel, 1 soap, it was unsettling. She didn’t always knock either!

Between the outstanding breakfast buffet and the lovely gardens, this property is definitely a winner.

This hotel has amazing gardens with beautiful landscaping and a gorgeous pool. All the public areas are nicely decorated and very pleasant. The location is excellent right across from Menara Mall and a short distance to the Medina. I was really impressed with the buffet breakfast included with room. It was extremely varied, plentiful and high quality. I would stay at this property just for that alone. Another perk is the free private parking.

Not much to dislike but I wish the room decor was a bit more original and the hallway carpets leading to the rooms need to be changed are at least cleaned.

Good value for money and good locatiom.

The public area and hotel room are spacious. The breakfast has a big selection. Good location, opposite to Mall and Carrefour.

It is a bit out of date.

An excellent vacation made better with the hotel stay!

The hotel had beautiful olive trees in the backyard, it was full of flowers and fountains. Warm and welcoming staff who tried to help you in every way possible including giving you an estimate of the cost of a taxi ride. It was in the middle of the town so easy access to the market and other attractions, the airport and the railway station.

They could've been a little more generous with the tea bags and water bottles in the room :D (just a minor problem).

Have stayed several times here and have always found dble rooms to be set up fpr one person only (ie) one glass one coffee sachet no sugar etc Services very slow in Bar area always have to search for Bar Person to serve us

Fantastic location

Lovely grounds, fantastic location. Restaurants and shops directly across the road and centre of Marrakech only 5 mins down the road. Breakfast was really nice. Concierge and the lads outside helping with bags, taxis couldn’t do enough for you. Rooms are basic enough for a 5 star hotel but the bed was huge and very comfy

Rooms need a bit of an upgrade, we went for a superior room but it was quite basic

The amazing staff… comfortable bed.. pool area.. property location…pleasant lobby..

It was thundering and lightning with children in the pool .. very dangerous situation.. At 10:00 am there was barely any food left.. went across the street and brought breakfast back..

Don’t go to Marrakech in the summer unless you enjoy 40c weather. Be prepared to haggle and fight with anyone attempting

Wonderful, very clean, spacious, good location with a carrefour opposite, and the breakfast was somewhere between very good and close to excellent. The staff were lovely.

This is minor, but mainly the property is dated. I think the rooms may at most be similar to a three or four star hotel elsewhere in the western world. While it’s dated, this is the only negative I had, and doesn’t stop me from recommending it.

Lads holiday

Location was fantastic, situated across the Menara Mall, nice lively area and was safe to wonder around at night. Was a 15 min walk to the medina from hotel. The facilities on offer were good value for money. Swimming pool was a good size and clean. Gym was small but enough equipment for a basic work out. The breakfast was of good quality, albeit the same every morning. The gardens around the hotel and other facilities were kept clean and tidy. The staff were pleasant and welcoming.

The room mattress was small (single) and hard, I prefer medium comfort level. The air-conditioning was OK but loud at night, which stopped me from having a good night sleep coupled together with the mattress. Other facilities in room were OK but starting to look bit tired, however value for money. Breakfast choices were OK but would have been better if the menu on offer was altered as it was the same every morning.

The breakfast was excellent. Staff could not do enough to satisfy you. All was very good.

Lack of information on the hotel, like breakfast/dinner’s opening & closing times. Lack of telephone directory to guests; lack of rooms location’s signs and so on. These points are important to consider.

Very Good

Location was really good, close by to the malls and taxis are readily available. Good selection of choices for breakfast.

No room balcony. Staff spoke English but very basic, some questions I asked but were unable to answer due to language barriers. Felt somewhat neglected when we entered, no real sense of welcome.
